What do we offer? Orientation Pay: All trainees will be paid during both the orientation and
training period. Experienced drivers may have less training/orientation time.
Once assigned to a unit, all new drivers will be guaranteed minimum gross earnings of
$600 per week for the first three weeks. Drivers must be available for work to be eligible.
Health Insurance: The health insurance program provides medical, dental and vision coverage
to all eligible drivers the first of the month following 90 days of continuous service. Our company
participates in Blue Cross/Blue Shield programs. Drivers enrolled in health insurance make a premium
contribution before taxes.
Layover Pay: $75 pay weekdays. We also have a special deal for drivers who work weekends:
In addition to the pay they will be earning, we put $90 cash on drivers’ cards that can be spent
any way they’d like… this is our way of saying thank you.
Holiday Pay: Company drivers are eligible for holiday pay at a rate of $100 per day. This
program rewards drivers immediately upon unit assignment. Eligible company driver are rewarded the
following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and
Christmas.
